Visualization software
I would like to collect in this thread a list of visualization software that users prefer. We would like to provide tools to translate Qbox output and sample files to the format of various visualization tools. So far, we have users who use VMD and XCrysDen. If there are other tools for which you would like translators, please add them in your response to this.
